Returns

Unopened sets: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. We’ll refund your order within 14 business days of receiving your return. To get a return label, log into your account and go to your Order Status page. From there, click on “Return” and follow the instructions.

Because the LEGO box is part of the product, any damage to the LEGO box during return shipping, even if still unopened, will incur a 50% restocking fee. Please package well/in the original packaging, if still in good condition. Any LEGO sets returned with the shipping label affixed directly to the LEGO box will not be accepted.

All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.

Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged.

Simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address below.

All refunds are made in the original payment method.

Opened sets: Sorry, we can’t accept returns on opened sets. All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
